    Our skin tells our story. Each wrinkle, smile line and crease. As an endorsed nurse practitioner with more than 20 years experience in aesthetics and dermatology, plus a Masters in Nursing, Katy Wallace understands skin, inside and out.

    In creating an identity to launch Katy’s new business Skin Lines, it was important to capture the human touch of Katy’s work, softening the overtly clinical and elevating the personal, but still clearly conveying Katy’s qualifications as a highly trained cosmetic nurse. Katy is passionate about listening, guiding and supporting you through the life stages of your skin and expertly tailoring treatments that offer a natural transformation of your aesthetics that still leave you feeling like you.

    The new identity visualises Katy’s understanding of the human anatomy and her belief that skin is beyond simply one dimension. Close and intimate photography celebrates the natural texture of skin, overlaid with gentle graphic line work that adds reassurance of her scientific qualifications, giving positive affirmation to the transformative effect of Katy’s expertise.

    The brandmark articulates clean symmetry and harmony. A central vertical line punctuates the text and immediately draws focus to her impressive professional qualifications and then below to her name, communicating a clear understanding of a real person with real qualifications.
